I've got my little (13) bro for a week he's overweight, not a great amount but enough so i'm just after some healthy recipes for him any ideas?

(don't worry he already knows we're having a healthy week!)

A few ideas would include:
Roasted Chicken with roasted potatoes and salad.
Grilled pork chops, corn on the cob and salad.
Burgers made with 93% lean ground beef.
Anything made with lean ground beef offers lower fat and great flavors. Crunchy tacos are good.
Grilled chicken breast, make extra for sandwiches or quesadillas
