I wanted to know from people that has been in the Low carbs diet and has experience. What would you recommeded for this diet? How long have you lost weight with this diet? Any source of link you would like to share? Please share what would be the best carbs and the bad carbs out there. I want to try to lose aleast 30 pds! Thanks for sharing.

I just walked 5 miles every day and the only carbs I ate were in a nutrional drink called carb smarts but I CANT find it any where! I lost weight and maintained!!

If you want to loose weight the best thing to do at first is walk.

Just eat small meals often. I was eating 5 a day. In moderation. I know loosing weight has some type of stigma but if your truly READY and have made your mind up it will WORK no matter what diet you try..
